BIW means Bahrain Investment Wharf. It is an industrial park covering an area of 1.7 million square meters. This pioneering project is a mixed-use industrial, business, logistics, commercial, residential development estate and others.

We are located in the newly developed Al Hidd Industrial Area at (( Salman Industrial City)) in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

BIW’s services and facilities include leasable commercial spaces with conference facilities, on site labour accommodations, complete network of utilities, and the infrastructural requirements to facilitate the launch of business operations from the get-go.

BIW occupancy rate is 98%; 60% of those are already developed and the remaining 38% is still undeveloped.
